PROPER is run on the principle that all great designs start with a clever thinking and is done “the proper way”
At first, it was just a gathering place for friends of architects, structural engineers, estimators, drafters, 3D artists, and also some friends from building material suppliers.
Apart from being a place for gathering, discussing, and exchanging information, it is hoped that there will be opportunities to get projects as side jobs (at that time all of them were still working in various consultants/companies).
The momentum of its formation, when got a “pilot” project. So that everyone starts to collaborate in this project. From this collaboration, then began to become an architectural studio with the name VICOLINE.
The new beginning is marked by an increase in the number of projects being carried out, an increase in personnel, and also an increasingly large and varied project scale. This is the initial momentum to become legal company with the name of PT Proper Citraguna Megacipta and then occupy a new office.
